Why join a workshop?

Product Design WorkshopDo you have mental health issues?

Do you need to get out of the house, meet likeminded people, learn something new, have fun, visit galleries, get your work exhibited?

You could drop by the gallery and see what’s on.

You could join a workshop run by and for people with mental distress. CoolTan Arts’ main workshops are for people with mental health related needs.

Here’s what workshop participants had to say:

Self-advocacy training enables people to gain skills to equip them with a stronger voice for situations where they may have previously had experiences of not being listened to, or discriminated against or found barriers to accessing information or services. Click here to find out more.
