Our own Wellbeing Advisor, Alison, serves both Manor Place Surgery and Lambeth Walk Group Practice.

To find out more, you can make an initial appointment with a CoolTan Arts Wellbeing Adviser through your GP at Lambeth Walk or Manor Place Surgeries. Ask your GP, pick up a welcome pack at reception, and visit the Lambeth Walk Group Practice website and Manor Place Surgery website or email: Alison Vine on alison@cooltanarts.org.uk.


What do we offer?

We offer a free service where you can meet with a Wellbeing Adviser and develop a wellbeing plan.  You will be able to identify aspects of your life where you could benefit from more information and guidance.

Your Wellbeing Advisor will offer you regular appointments to review how you are doing.  The aim is to encourage you to make positive changes in certain aspects of your life and encourage you with your wellbeing plan.

Our free service will be helpful to adults (18 +) in a variety of circumstances.
