The Five Ways to Wellbeing are a nationally-recognised set of guidelines for anyone looking to improve their wellbeing. This Festival is an opportunity to find out more about them, and how you can pursue them in your everyday life and local community.
The day will include performances, stalls from local charities and organisations, discussion, walks and workshops.
