As part of the UK-wide Creativity and Wellbeing Week run by the London Arts in Health Forum, Cooltan Arts is hosting a Wellbeing Event to celebrate ways of becoming and staying well.

We will open their doors for talks, activities and an exhibition focusing on the Five Ways to Wellbeing. Discover our Workshops, Walking, Self-Advocacy and Volunteering Programmes and create your own way to positive mental health.

  1. Connect: Self Advocacy

Self Advocacy are free classes which help people to empower themselves, access opportunity and build professional and personal skills

  1. Be Active: Walks Programme

Our regular walks programme is run with volunteers and participants and explores the local area through its history, arts and mental health

  1. Take Notice: Wellbeing

Book an appointment with our Wellbeing Advisor at a local GP for advice for personalised support

  1. Keep Learning: Creative Workshops

We offer a range of short to long-term workshops covering visual arts, creative writing, cooking, digital skills and more

  1. Give: Volunteering Opportunities

Volunteer at CoolTan Arts to receive training, gain skills and confidence and share experience and knowledge with new people

We will be providing delicious, healthy cuisine and a multi-coloured Juice Stand, so please come along, join us, make new friends and celebrate Wellness.
