We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee the fit out and move to a new building for CoolTan Arts.

CoolTan Arts has taken the lease on 3,500 sq ft of new premises across the street from its existing building off the Walworth Road London SE171RL. Detailed plans are being drawn up by an architect and it is intended to move before spring. The Chief Executive and staff (8) are fully employed and have neither the time nor the experience to manage the fit-out of the new premises and the move.

CoolTan Arts is looking for a personable, upbeat, lively, can-do person, who works well in a team, to join our existing staff as a Volunteer Coordinator and lead on recruiting, engaging, training and supporting a range of volunteers from diverse and excluded communities including those with mental distress, disabilities and long-term illnesses. This role will build on the existing volunteer opportunities at CoolTan Arts, and support the work of the full time Volunteer Coordinator. This post is designed to extend service provision and deliver project specific volunteering opportunities ialongside CoolTan Arts mainstream work.
